10. Zoe Saldana in full length white Givenchy dress. I love the simplicity of this dress and how well the white colour complements Saldana's skin. The straight skirt elongates her body and the side slit also works in this way. This dress is Givenchy's modern take on a fairytale dress.
9. Christina Ricci in full length coral and red Givenchy dress. I like this dress because of how unique it is, despite making it into the worst dressed columns.
8. Natalie Portman in white Givenchy dress. I also like this dress because of how unique it is. The folds in the fabric give Portman curves and the shape stands out.
7. Ciara in full length black Givenchy dress. The skirt over the leotard add layers of different textures. The straight full length skirt elongate Ciara's legs and make her look taller and slimmer, whilst the top part of the dress adds volume in contrast to the flimsiness of the skirt.
6. Asia Argento in asymmetric black Givenchy dress. The one sleeve adds interest to the dress which is in other ways very similar to many other dresses.
5. This blue dress was on the Givenchy spring catwalk in 2007. Although this isn't one of my favourite dresses, you cannot deny the amount of talent that has gone into the design of this.
4. This trademark Audrey Hepburn dress was also designed by Givenchy. The simplicity of the dress flatters her figure and is the classic dress of a stunning style.
3. This red dress was in Givenchy's autumn catwalk in 2006. This layers of net give the dress shape and make it stick out in a flattering way. The patterns with the net at the top of the dress add interest. This is definitely one of my favourite dresses.
2. This dress is probably my favourite, I love the folds in the fabric and the way the back falls. The colour is perfect for the dress, and again gives a modern day fairytale look.
1. This is no doubt the most mesmerising dress in the selection I have chosen. The huge skirt and the detail are beautiful and very flattering for her shape. Her curves are shown well and she is made to look taller.
